Breastfeeding Preparation Session

Preparing for breastfeeding is one of the most essential and valuable experiences for new mothers. For many women, proper preparation can make all the difference in successful breastfeeding after birth. In this session, I combine my knowledge as a lactation consultant with my experience as a nurse to provide you with all the essential tools and information you need to begin your motherhood journey with confidence.
By starting your breastfeeding preparation before your baby arrives, you'll feel more ready and assured, which will help you better navigate the challenges that may arise. Women who participate in my sessions often report feeling more secure and calm. We’ll discuss what to expect, how your body will respond, and how to increase your chances of a successful breastfeeding experience from the very beginning. I’ve seen the significant impact this session has on mothers, and how it strengthens their connection to the breastfeeding experience.

I’ve had the pleasure of meeting mothers in my clinic who have attended this preparation session and hearing about the impact it had on their breastfeeding journey. I particularly remember one mother who came to me with significant anxiety after a difficult previous breastfeeding experience. Today, every time she sees me, she shares how the preparation and support she received transformed her breastfeeding experience completely.
